and support information is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
by email and our online HelpDesk and KnowledgeBase. All email support inquiries are answered within
24 hours, however our average support response time is under 2 hours.

TELEPHONE SUPPORT
Phone support is available though is reserved for urgent and
emergency situations. This allows us to handle support requests
fairly and equally, and also allows for time to research and address
more difficult issues that may be impossible to troubleshoot while on
the phone.
ONLINE DOCUMENTATION
The KnowledgeBase contains hundreds of articles
and how to's and resources to help you get the
answers you need quickly. Many of the tools we
provide are even accompanied by a downloadable and
printable user manual from within the Control Panel of your account.
Support Limitations
IDesigns will cheerfully answer support questions regarding all aspects of your hosting account
and will assist you in any way possible, however we can not troubleshoot scripts that were not
provided by or installed by IDesigns, nor will we support provided scripts that have been
severely altered for use as any other purpose than was originally intended.
